This mini fan creation project was developed in partnership with Professor Mike Grieb from the Applied Technology Department. This guide provides information about the mini fan creation project including instructional videos that provide step by step directions for creating your personal mini fan out of 3D printed parts, circuits, and simple machines.

Mini Fan Creation Project Levels


Level 1: Students will be provided a set of components that will require simple wiring connections and assembly techniques. 


Level 2: Students will complete Level 1 activities and solder their own circuit board to create a variable speed fan


Level 3: Currently under development
