If you're having trouble retrieving PDF documents, it may help if you first save the file to your computer . Save the file using the save icon located in Adobe Acrobat Reader instead of the browser File menu.  Then open file file from you device. If you are still experiencing issues you may want to upgrade to the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Upgrading to the latest version will usually correct most issues.
